This simple HDA removes iteratively colliding pieces but keeps the maximum of them. It can be used to scatter anything where you want to avoid Collisions. For decals scattering, if you want to avoid too many overlappings you can specify a maximum number of collisions so they are allowed to overlap within a defined range.
